Today even basic camera equipment is complex and has to be in optimal working order to function at it's best. When your gear falls below this standard then it is time to take advantage of our repair department. Whether there is a malfunction that needs repair or you just want to have a piece cleaned and adjusted, we are here to assist you.

Our services range from simple cleaning, to make sure you are ready for those vacation or holiday shots, to repairing cameras, lighting, and darkroom equipment. These include, but are not limited to, the cleaning and repair of the following types of equipment:

Repair policies & procedures

what to expect with your repair:
  • Most repairs are completed in four to six weeks although some take longer. Parts availability is what typically delays the process.
  • You will be notified as to the cost of your repair before any work is performed.
  • It can take up to four weeks to receive the written price quote.
  • The sooner you approve the quote, the faster your camera will be returned.

Repair policies & procedures

Minimum service charge is $40

We collect this at time of drop-off. It will be deducted from the total repair cost unless you decline to have the item serviced. You may pre-approve a repair up to a specific dollar amount. You will receive a written quote only if the repair cost is greater than the amount that you have approved.

For items purchased from us within the past 90 days the minimum charge will be waived.

For items purchased from us more than 90 days ago, but still under warranty, the minimum service charge will be discounted 50% to $20.
